01What is the Clarity Score™?
The Clarity Score™ is a 0–100 measure of how much you can confirm about a provider before booking: confirmed credentials (40 points), patient reviews (40), published pricing (10) and contact and booking details (10). Paying us never changes it. See our methodology page for exactly how each part is calculated.
02Is clinical data independently verified?
Partly. Where we've confirmed a match in the federal NPI registry, the profile shows it. Profiles marked 'Credentials pending verification' have not been checked yet. We don't currently check state licensing boards, so confirm an injector's license with your state board before booking.
03How do I add my practice to the Index?
Most high-volume practices are already in our database. You can search for your practice and click 'Claim Profile' to take control of your listing.
04Why is pricing transparency important?
Our data shows that profiles with listed prices receive 65% more patient inquiries. Patients value transparency, and we reward it in our rankings.
